Welcome to Grade 4/Room 3!!!
Happy New Year! It's 2002! I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season! Thank you for all the beautiful gifts. I appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness! I enjoyed seeing you at the Christmas concert.
We are looking forward to getting back into the "swing of things" in our classroom. We are already busy working on new stories and activities.
On January 14, February 5 and February 18, 2002, our next LTTA artist will be in our classroom. Our next LTTA strand is drama with Andorlie Hillstrom. She will be presenting the folktale, "The Pied Piper". Therefore, our next unit of study will be the Medieval Times. We will be learning about history (knights, dragons, and so on) through stories and information. We are excited to be involved with this theme and let our imaginations soar into new adventures!
On Day Fours, it is our regular library exchanges times. Please remind your child to return his/her library books on these specific days. Thank you!
We are continuing to work with multiplication and division. Please have your child practice these math facts for quicker recall.
We are collecting baby food jars for a future art project.
