In class today we asked and answered questions in the THIRD person about the glyphes, as in Qu'est-ce qu'IL aime faire? instead of Qu'est-ce que TU aimes faire? You also listened to, and repeated the MISE EN TRAIN recording, the location opener for Chapter One in your book. You should have also had a chance to work on the computer, reviewing ER VERBS, ALLER and ETRE. Lastly, groups worked together finding the answers for the MISE EN TRAIN questions on page 8.
HW: Finish reading, if you haven't done so already, the MISE EN TRAIN on pages 6 and 7 of your text, and then answer all the questions of Activities A and B on page 8.

We filled out a handout entitled Qu'est-ce que Tu Aimes Faire? . Click on this if you forgot to bring it home or you weren't in class today.
Afterwards, we worked on the biographical narratives of the Glyphes, which you must complete and turn in by Friday for a Test Grade. You must use all the verb forms in bold in the third bulleted paragraph on the handout, and each verb must be in its own sentence. In other words, do NOT string together a bunch of clauses, connected by commas. THINK: I'm writing simple sentences like an primary schooler.
Lastly, you have to write sentences about your favorite band, musician, and class.
Continue to work on the final 10 questions of the First Day Handout. You will be quizzed on this Friday.
