You and up to 2 other people are going to make French food for the class! Due next Tuesday, October 23rd, is a printed copy of your chosen recipe. You will begin your search on-line today.
You will bring the real thing to class on Monday, November 5th. As you see, you have quite a bit of time to plan your grocery list and have a few disasters.
On November 5th you need to bring in the following: 1. Your food. (There should be enough for all 26 of us to sample.) 2. A large notecard with your names listed (the chefs) along with the recipe name, the total cost of the ingredients,and the amount of time it took to make from start to finish.
You will receive a total of 20 homework points for this assignment based on fulfilling steps #1 & #2.
Do your best. Make it a fun experience. I HATE to cook and even I'm going to make something!
