Dear Students and Parents,

As you’ll recall, I recently asked you if you preferred to continue with our plans to travel in 2003, or if you preferred to cancel our plans and try for 2004.  The results are in and you’ve chosen to try to 2004.

I do have some unexpected good news, however.  I contacted Robert Crow, our NETC representative to see if it’s possible to allow your money to “rollover” into the trip for 2004.  He investigated and informed me that the answer is “Yes.”

He further told me that each of you would need to fill out another application form and pay another $95 registration fee.  However, the $95 that you paid last year would be put towards your program fee.  So it’s like you’re paying an extra $95, but you’re not.

Of course, if you prefer to cancel, you still have that option.  Keep in mind what I’ve told you regarding refunds.

What I need to know from you is, do you wish to travel in 2004, allowing the money you’ve paid to roll over?  Or do you prefer to completely withdraw from the trip?  This decision does not need to be unanimous.

I do need your answer as soon as possible, especially if you are canceling.  Please respond to me soon.

Merci,

Monsieur
