The cost of $2324 is the 2002 program fee ($2524) with a $200 discount. In order to guarantee this fee, here is the procedure.
1. Minimum payment of $95 to NETC by April 1, 2002. Note: If you choose the Surety Plan, the $120 (or $192) must accompany your initial payment.
2. A second payment of $200 is due to NETC by July 1, 2002.
3. A third payment of $200 is due to NETC by September 1.
4. You may pay off the balance of the fee in installments of your choice, whenever you like provided the entire amount reaches NETC by February 15, 2003, unless you choose the Surety Plan, in which case the balance is due 75 days prior to our June 17 departure (April 3, 2003).
