The cost of $2374 is the 2003 program fee ($2574) with a $200 discount. In order to guarantee this fee, here is the procedure.
1. Minimum payment of $95 to NETC by July 1, 2002. Note: If you choose the Surety Plan, the $120 (or $192) must accompany your initial payment.
2. A second payment of $400 is due to NETC by September 1, 2002.
3. You may pay off the balance of the fee in installments of your choice, whenever you like provided the entire amount reaches NETC by February 15, 2003, unless you choose the Surety Plan, in which case the balance is due 75 days prior to our June 17 departure (April 3, 2003).
