TRIP UPDATE - October 24, 2005

Dear Travelers and Parents,
In the last update I told you about a letter that EF was going to send me. I have now received that letter.
In that letter, our agent, Dave Abramovich, has assured me of two things. (1) If the school board does not approve our trip, you will receive a refund of your $95 payment. (2) You will have a brief extension of the deadline of your second payment of $400.
As you will recall, the second payment is due 30 days after the first payment. This will still be before the November 28 school board meeting. With the extension, the new deadline will be December 5. If you miss that deadline, there will be a non-refundable $75 late fee.
Therefore, if the trip is approved, you will need to mail your check directly to EF within the next day or so. You do also have the option of making payments online at eftours.com. Payment details are in the brochure that accompanied the application.
