Description: EBSCO Online, provided by FWISD, offers a choice of research materials from magazines, newspapers, an encyclopedia, animal database, health database, ERIC, MagillOnLiterature (information concerning authors) and other resources. The Image Collection database contains photos of people, natural science, places, historical sites, maps and flags of the world. The American Heritage Dictionary is on this site.

Description: This resource is an authoritative database in the ares of science, geography, history, career guidance, sports and multicultural information. World Atlas Online provides 500 color maps and statistics/data on more than 200 nations, territories, regions and continents. Health database is a reference that defines causes, cure, medical terms, etc. Multicultural Database is a resource to the African-Americans and American Indian history and culture.

Description: A reference and resource database that includes the Literature Resource Center, which has information on authors, poetry, and Shakespeare. The Student Resource Center is a search engine by literature, people and timelines. Magazine Database magazines and newspapers are updated daily.

This is part of the EBSCO site. To use it, place a check mark by the choice selection MagillOnLiterature. This is an online source for editionally reviewed critical analyses and breif plt summaries of works in the history of literature.
