Try-outs will start on Monday, 16 November 2009. The bus will leave from the back of Grafton immediately after dismissal, then return to Grafton at approximately 4:15. Practices are conducted at the Victory Family YMCA.
YOU MUST HAVE A COMPLETED PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR. NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED ON DECK WITHOUT A VALID PHYSICAL.

ALL CLUB SWIMMERS are expected to attend today's practice. Due to the missed practices because of weather last week, you will be released in time to make your club practice. Club swimmers will also be expected at both time trial days, Monday and Tuesday, 23 and 24 November 2009.

Winter Sports Parents Night, Monday 30 Nov. 09, GHS. Much like seasonal banquets, meet in the gym, then each sport is assigned a location to meet and discuss individual sports. Parents AND swimmers are encouraged to attend, much information is discussed, and it is the only time throughout the season where we meet outside of the pool.

-The bus for the meet on Friday 4 Dec 09 will DEPART from the back of Grafton High School at 6:00 p.m. for Hampton University. Unless you have made arrangements with a coach, you are expected to be on the bus.
-There is no practice on Friday, 4 Dec 09.
