Math- We will begin chapters on organizing data,making and reading graphs,and completing a chapter on fractions.
English- We will begin a chapter on adverbs.
Spelling-We are working with homonyms,words that sound the same but have different meanings.Example: deer,dear,son,andsun. Bonus Words: fraction,weather,and
Writers Workshop- We will be writing persuassive paragraphs. We will also work on some book reports.
Social Sciences-We will be studying weather.

1. Math- We will be skip counting this week by 5’s and 10’s.There will be a 13’s test this week .
2. English-We are studying nouns for people,places,and things.
3. Spelling- Our spelling words are long vowel sounds with a silent e.
4. Bonus Words: Logan,citizenship and,government.
5. Reading: Read every night with your child. Please encourage your child to read their library books and to take accelerated reader test.
