Click on "Register Now" for hs girls camp in Basking Ridge. This will prompt you to sign up online which is the easiest
way to get signed up. Make sure you indicate you are from Bernards HS.

*Please do not buy soccer socks for this coming season on your own. In order to lessen the cost this year, I will be
ordering all the socks so we can get the bulk rate which will be substantially less cost for you as well as our team
looking more uniform.
All players will be paying for two sets of socks; home white socks and away red socks. The cost is $8 a pair.
Please bring a check for $16 to the first practice on August 20th.
Checks should be made payable to: Kelly Sports Gear.
*For any players interested in ordering Bernards Soccer Clothing, I will have order sheets at the first practice.
*Our first pasta party of the season will be immediately after our first practice!! The Kelloggs have been gracious enough
to invite all the players and coaches over to their house for our opening pasta party! More info to follow shortly...
*Remember to get all the below forms in now! The school doctor needs to clear these forms.
I have no idea when he is available to do this and you cannot play even if all forms are handed in until the school doctor
says so!!

Game Speed Soccer Specific Training
Information regarding preseason eligibility:
The following forms must be completed in their entirety in order to be eligible to practice with the BHS Girls Soccer Team.
Preseason practice begins on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Remember you must have 6 practice days before you can play.
The following forms need to be hand delivered to the Athletic Department, BHS- Room 115, by August 6th.
You cannot give them to me on the first practice day, you need to be cleared by Mrs. Foote in the Athletic Director’s office.

1) Registration Card (yellow)- this form should have been filled out and submitted at H.S. Fall Sports Meeting held in April.
2) Permission Slip (white) – parent signature required in only one (1) place. If you do not have medical insurance,
you need to obtain insurance through the school.
3) Team Policies (green) - parent and player signature required.
4) Emergency Medical Card (blue) - parent signature required.
5) Physical Examination Form – You must schedule a physical (after June 10th) with your own private physician,
who will in turn complete the required form. This exam must take place before you can participate in any official
team practices. Schedule this exam ASAP!
*Remember- No physical, No practice, No games, No exceptions!
6) NJSIAA Steroid Policy Form - parent and player signatures required.
Pre-Season (mandatory)
* every minute the last person who arrives to practice late equals how many extra sprints all players will do at the end
of practice. No excuses or exceptions!
* practice/scrimmage times are tentative and may be changed at a later date. Please check for any changes to times.
*All practices/scrimmages players must have water, sneakers, soccer boots, shinguards and soccer socks.
