Health & Physcial Education at Howick College offers courses from Year 9 to Year 13. The programes offered are based on the identified needs of the students at Howick College and provide an opportunity for the students to experience a wide range of learning opportunities through the appropriate Key Areas of Learning.
Our curriculum focuses on promoting Hauora - well-being. The concept of well-being encompasses the physical, spiritual, mental & emotional, and social dimensions of Health.
