The first six-weeks of P.E. we will be working on improving our students' fitness components.
Activities include games such as Fitness Knock-out, Pop-ups, Flip-Flop, Jogging the Track, Flexibility exercises, Curl-ups, Fitness Tags etc. Once we establish a fitness foundation, we will then test and measure each student's fitness scores in Curl-ups,V-sit and Reach, Pull-ups/Flex-arm hang, Shuttle-run and Mile-run.
