Hi, my name is Hector Rojas and Today I just arrived in Bangladesh,a in city Dhaka. The reason I am here is to find out about their leader, government and more.Bangladesh is located near the Ganges River and the borderline is in near Nepal, India, and Burma.
The religion in Bangladesh is 80 percent Muslims and 11 percent Hindus the rest of Bangladesh people are Sunni Muslims, Jumma,theres very few Christians .The special symbol Bangladesh people use is a Muslims/Islam’s.
The type of government they have is a democracy. Democracy is where the people chose their leaders. To vote you will have to be at least 18 years of age. President Shahabuddin Ahmed is the main leader.
The main staple food they have in Bangladesh is rice. The one meal they like is consumed fish and dual (a spicy soup). The one they also like there is fish and beef,fish in beef is very popular, but it is to expensive for poor people.
The population of Bangladesh is 129.2 million. 17 percent lives in small cities and most Bangladesh people lives in small villages.
The main language in Bangladesh is bangla, bangla is the official language, it is derived from sand skirt, Persian, Arabic, Turkic and English vocabulary. As I was walking I kind of overheard them say months, months means(mash)and mother-Mata means(new-novus).
When someone is about to get married in Bangladesh they decorated both the brides homes and decorated with lights, bamboo gates, colorful pieces of clothes.
The one famous landmark in Bangladesh is samapuri vihara. In the eight century it was the biggest Buddhist monastery south of the Himalayan from far it is the impressive site in Bangladesh it covers 2 hectares (27 acres).
Natural gases is a combustibe gas coming from the earth's surface, formed naturally in the earth. Coal a mineral widely used as a natural fuel. Commercial farming of or relating to a product. Timber wood preper for bulding. Arable land that is suitable for cultivation by plowing.
Bangladesh is one of the world's poorest country. 65 percent of the labor force mostly as substance farmers. Rice is the most important crop.
Most people use a country boat because they don't have cars. Some people that lives close enough just use a biycle to go to one place faster. It cost me $1,075.00 to fight to Dhaka from San Diego.
It was a fun trip and it also was a hard trip,but if I had another chance to go back I would because the people there are very nice and most of them are happy with thier lifes. The only way I'll go back if someone pays my own way and gave me one million dollars.
