We will introduce letter Aa and meet Alvin Alligator. We will explore the long and short vowel Aa. We will also discuss the roles of family members. Your child will also learn number 6 and the touch points and be introduced the Oval.
      
This week we will complete Little Book 2. We will review the letter Mm, Rr, and Ss and their blend ladders. We will decode the word Sam and match uppercase letters to their lowercase letters. The students will also match the letter to a picture with the initial sound.

·Review 1-5 flashcards
·Review circle, square, triangle, and rectangle flashcards. Make Oval flashcard and review
      
·Return library books by Tuesday of every week so your child can get a new book.
·Friday, October 17th -NO SCHOOL- Catholic Educators Conference
·Don’t forget to turn your Box Tops to help our school.
·Book Fair will begin October 20th
