Well we survived the fair and the count down can officially begin!!! Summer vacation is just around the corner-but we need to remember to stay focused the next 3 weeks to keep our grades where we want them!! Stay focused!! All of my grades will be updated tomorrow. **************************************************************************** 5th Grade- The students will take their 23/25 chapter test tomorrow; the yellow folders will be sent home on Thursday and must be returned signed by next Monday 5/12. On Thursday we will have a short lesson on the rosary (basically a review from last year) and then we will begin our discussion on the sacrament of Matrimony. We will not have a vocabulary quiz on this information. I have changed the quiz/test schedule-please make a note of the changes below. We will not have an exam at the end of this 9 weeks; instead the students will complete a sacrament packet that will be due on Friday May 23rd. The students will work on the packet each day in class the week of the 19th; all packets will be due at the end of class on Friday the 23rd. I will collect the packets each day. On Thursday, May 22nd, any student who would like to take it home to work on for homework will be allowed; all packets, completed or not, will be turned in at the end of class on the 23rd. Tentative Test Schedule: 5/7 Chapter 23/25 Test 5/16 Matrimony Test 5/23 Rosary Quiz-Sacrament Packet due **************************************************************************** 6th Grade: The students will have the Solomon test tomorrow; they need to study their study guide, vocabulary and line of leaders for this test. On Thursday we will begin our New Testament facts-the test on this will be on Friday the 16th; the Book of Revelation Test will be an assessment in which the students will be allowed to use their notes and study guide to complete.
