AR- 3RD PERIOD DATES:
Jan. 4- March 2, 2012

All goals will remain the same for the 3rd period. Please keep up with your child's progress online through Renaissance Home Connect.

THIS WE WEEK WE WILL:

BOTH 5TH AND 6TH GRADES WILL BE:
finishing up their poetry projects and sharing the poems. This project will be graded on participation and effort. Both 5th and 6th grade will also be starting a new story.
5th: "Hurricanes"
6th: "The Emperor's Silent Army"

HOMEWORK 5th:

Monday- AR 15 min.

Tuesday- AR 15 min. and finish poetry project if needed

Wednesday-AR 15 min

Thursday-AR 15 min. and study new vocabulary for "Hurricanes"

Friday- none

HOMEWORK 6th:

Monday- AR 15 min.

Tuesday- AR 15 min. and finish poetry project if needed

Wednesday-AR 15 min

Thursday-AR 15 min. and study new vocabulary for "The Emperor's Silent Army"

Friday- none

Grades are always posted online. If you have difficulty viewing your child's grades, please contact Cheryl Sears in the office.

I will send test papers home as they are graded. However, I usually wait to enter the test grades until I have a few. Posting too soon gives a poor reflection of the child's actual grade.
