PE- Students -- Remember we are on a weekly rotation now!! Each group goes to each enrichment class for one week at a time. New Game!!! Scooter Ball!!! Details when you come to class!! FUN FUN FUN See you then! - Each class will continue conditioning exercises and interval running. Times will be increasing to 2 minute run, 30 sec. walk. Up to 10 minutes of running. Skills- Soccer - Dribble with feet, start out slowly - build speed. Use inside of foot. Basketball- Dribble with hand- no slapping control the ball. Boys or Girls may change into athletic shorts or sweats for PE only. They must be navy blue, black or gray. The navy shorts worn under the skirts are acceptable for PE as long as they are not too short. If you have any questions please ask your PE teacher.
