Technology Alignment at Holy Ghost Catholic School
The alignment of technology to the needs of the school is managed through three steering committees. Holy Ghost has an External Technology Committee made up of business, educational and technical advisors from our community. Our Internal Technology Committee is made up of a select team of Holy Ghost teachers to provide the links between technology and our curriculum. The newest committee is our Student Technology Committee. It will be comprised of a small set of students from the National Junior Honor Society and the Student Council. Their role is to advise from the learner’s perspective.
The committees meet as follows:
- Internal Technolgy Team => Monthly during the active school year.
- External Technolgy Team => Twice Yearly (January & July).
- Student Technology Team => Twice Yearly during the active school year.
These teams guide our school from vision to reality. Holy Ghost School will continue to utilize the best teaching tools to improve the skills of our students and we are always seeking ways to improve the learning process.
