Mrs. Tangee came to read our class a book from the book fair. The children voted for her to dress like a monkey for the opening day.

This week your child will learn letter Ff and Meet Farrah Fox. We will learn the poem Market to Market and discuss rhyming words. We will review beginning sounds and building words. Your child will explore different number combinations to make 8.
We will begin giving the Fall Assessment this week
      
We will begin Little Book 4 this week. We will discuss letter Ff and the Ff blends.

We will practice writing letter Ff
      
We will learn what the word Advent means. We will light our Advent candle and visit the Holy Ghost Church to find all of the signs of Christmas.

·Review Mm, Pp, Tt, Ss, Nn, Bb, and Oo flashcards. Make letter Ff flashcard.
·Review 1-7 flashcards. Make number 8 flashcards.
·Review circle, square, triangle, rectangle, oval & diamond flashcards.
·Review, yellow, red, green, blue, orange, brown, purple, black, white & pink
      
·Return Library Book on Tuesday
·The first of the three Assessments will be given the 1st & 2nd week of December.
