Parents: Please check to be sure your child completes all homework.  Homework is checked for completeness and for sensible answers.  Each item should take about 5 - 15 minutes to complete, with the exception of studying for a test.  Doing homework regularly cuts down on study time needed to study for tests. Also--Please send an old over-sized T-shirt to school by next Monday.  It will be used to wear when we do experiments that have materials that might get on their uniforms.  It can be any color and have print on it as long as it is appropriate.  It should fit over their uniform top.  Thanks for your help! This week's homework is as follows: Monday – Complete 10 vocab. cards from Ch - 1/ L - 1 begun in class. Tuesday – Complete Ch. 1 Lesson 1. Assess. (Don't forget #10.) Wednesday – Be able to name the 6 life processes. (p. A-9) Thursday – Vocabulary quiz on 10 words from Monday. Friday – Have a great weekend! Test next Tuesday on Lesson 1.
