TEXTBOOKS: Please try accessing your online textbook by using directions on your letter. Keep your paper textbook in a safe place.

Homework: The purposes of my homework assignments can be to reinforce concepts learned in class, read ahead to learn about what we'll do in class the next day, or to help study for upcoming tests. They are designed to be no more than 15 minutes in length. If the time goes longer, simply sign where they stopped and have them guess at the rest. Revisiting work done each day will cut down on study time required for tests.

Friday – Half - day - dismissal at 11:30. Have a great summer!

PARENTS: We are currently also doing activities from the FOSS (Full Option Science System) kits that involve using procedures that promote critical thinking and bring them through the steps of scientific inquiry. During the year, please ask your children about these activities that are designed to show them how to draw conclusions based on collected data. What are they saying?
