8th Grade Pre-Algebra
Please bring in a self-addressed, stamped envelope by Friday, May 18th.
The schedule for exams is as follows:
Friday, May 11th - Math & Social Studies
Monday, May 14th - English & Science
Tuesday, May 15th - Reading & Religion
National Junior Honor Society:
- Service logs are due by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11th.
- Our next and last NJHS meeting will be on Tuesday, May 15th.
Free Dress for the students who were represented at our last Home & School meeting will be Tuesday, May 15th.
Please remember that you must follow the assignments/directions that are given in class if they differ from what is on QUIA.

The state of Louisiana has received a grant that provides free tutoring help to all Louisiana students. Here is the gist of it:
Available Sunday – Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Students can access the site at local libraries or at home by visiting the library’s website
Provides live help from a professional tutor
Grade levels: K – 12
Spanish tutoring is available as well
They also provide a skills center to build skills in math, science, English and social studies. This is available 24/7 from a student’s home computer by accessing www.homeworkla.com
