Permission slip for bus: Deadline Tuesday, January 24th
Registration for LEAP: Deadline Friday, March 9th
First test day for writing portion and math constructed response: Tuesday, March 20th (Transportation to and from school will be provided this day)
Testing days: Thursday, April 12th and Friday, April13th (These days are over the Easter break, transportation to and from the testing center must be provided by the parents)

The state of Louisiana has received a grant that provides free tutoring help to all Louisiana students. Here is the gist of it:
Available Sunday – Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Students can access the site at local libraries or at home by visiting the library’s website
Provides live help from a professional tutor
Grade levels: K – 12
Spanish tutoring is available as well
They also provide a skills center to build skills in math, science, English and social studies. This is available 24/7 from a student’s home computer by accessing www.homeworkla.com
