HOMEWORK, WEEK 3
Well, here we are in Week 3 already. Doesn't time fly when you're having fun!
1. This week you get to do some online reading for homework. There's some really cool audio books on the Internet and I'm going to direct you to them. See the link below in 'Useful Links' titled 'Audio Stories'. You can choose three stories to read. I want you to give me a brief summary of each story when you are finished reading. Write the title first, and the summary below. [Psst....Choose books at your level (not baby ones!)]
2. Create your very own narrative (story) at this site. (See link below called 'Create a Story'.) You can print out your story.
3. Work with shapes to fix up the Beenleigh State School puzzle. (See link below titled 'Beenleigh State School Puzzle'.)
4. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know you all love the Gridclub maths activities. This week you get to spend 15 minutes on any of the Gridclub sites (Numbers 150-159) as one of your Mathematics activities. Cool! (See link below titled 'Gridclub'.)
