The Brokerage Intranet Committee was very busy in 2000.  We were given the task of bringing the site up to date (keeping it that way) and making it more user friendly.  We set out to accomplish our goals by sending the entire Brokerage Community a survey regarding the site.  Based on your feedback, we had many projects that we successfully completed.  Following are a few of our highlights:

Create Contact Lists
Posting Current Collateral
Create a Visitors Center Link

The Brokerage Intranet site is broken 3 into different groups. 
The Policy and Procedure Manual group (BRMANUAL) who owns the entire Policy and Procedure Manual. 
The Project Management link which is owned by the Project Mangement Team (BRGSR). 
The rest of the site which is owned by the Brokerage Intranet Committee (BRINTRANET). 

The committee would like to thank everyone for their very valuable feedback from the 2000 Survey and throughout the year, without this we would not have been able to be successful.


In the Brokerage Scorecard this year under People, we have the strategic objective/goal to provide competitive tools to enable employees to provide operational excellence through the effectivess of online Brokerage resources.  We hope that you will again take a few minutes to fill out our 2001 Survey that will help us to achieve this goal and again drive our committee's projects for the next 12 months.
