Spanish 001 - Introductory Spanish
Assignment for next Tuesday, May 8th
1. Study the "Mandatos" handout, and go the the Elementary Spanish link (the first link listed on this page). There you can practice pronouncing some of the words, practice their meanings with flash cards on the web site, test your knowledge with a game of concentration and take a quiz. Really learn the expressions for next class.
2. Do some research on Puerto Rico. Be prepared to report one interesting fact to the class. Also find out what controversial issue relating the the U.S. and Puerto Rico has been in the news lately.
