Welcome to 6th Grade on Mustang Hall!!!
Wow!! We have made it halfway through our second nine weeks. Can you believe it???!!!! As we approach the end of the second nine weeks, remember to stay on top of things.

We are currently working on prepositions and sequencing! We will soon move on to our speech unit. Leave your nerves at the door and be prepared, we are all going to become excellent presenters! We are working on Unit 11 in Ah Ha this week. Remember, every Thursday you should be studying for your Ah Ha test and your DOL quiz.

November 6: 25% of AR due

November 12: Make-up Picture day

November 20: 50% of AR due with 1 non-fiction book with an 80 or above.

November 24: Mega Party for fundraiser

November 25-27: Thanksgiving Break

December 4: 75% of AR due

December 16: 100% of AR due

December 18: Student 1/2 Day

December 21-January 1: Holiday

Meet Ms. Peterson

This is my fourth year teaching at Indian Trail. I graduated with my Masters of Education in June 2006 from Milligan College. I am one of four children; I have an older sister and brother and one younger sister. This summer I was fortunate to go on several trips. I visited Disney World with my nephew Aidyn and went to the beach for several weeks. You will hear many anecdotes about Aidyn in my class. He is three years old and keeps everyone in my family on their toes. I am from Johnson City and actually had a few of the teachers at Indian Trail when I was in middle school!

I have been on several fun vacations in the past few years. Below are a few pictures from each of my trips.
