WE GO OFF TRACK on Friday at 12:43 after lunch. We have much to finish before Friday:
1) BRAG BOOK covers, front and back.
2) "ME" story, final copy, for the BRAG BOOK.
3) Title Page for the BRAG BOOK.
4) Class Poster for the cafeteria.
5) Non-Fiction books to read for Reading Journal.
6) D'Nelian slanted printing practice daily.
A reminder about my three class rules:

THANK YOU PARENTS/Family who came to Back to School Night. I forgot to say that for birthdays, birthday goodies are always welcome the last 1/2 hour of the day to share with the class. We love to eat! ! !
CONGRATULATIONS TO Erika, Academic Excellence and Cynthia, Outstanding Citizen for this month!
We will continue to IDENTIFY PACING, INTONATION & EXPRESSION (Read. Comp. 1.1) as a whole class this week.
WE HAVE WRITTEN OUR "ME" story last week. We focused on the Writing 1.0 and 1.2 standards for good paragraphs and editing (1.10). Our Second Draft has been written.
PARENTS MUST SIGN the Second Draft of all writing.
THURSDAY WE WILL SHARE OUR "ME" story in front of the class.(Listening & Speaking 1.8 & 1.2) The BRAG BOOK covers will be laminated in August and put together in September.
HOME READING IS DUE EVERY MORNING (T, W, Th, and F). HOME READING for at least 20 minutes is expected every night. Please sign the Home Reading slip every night.
CONGRATULATIONS TO Erika, Patrick, Cynthia, and Alex for writing The Pledge of Allegiance without error! ! !!
HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS will be written at the end of this Class Page each week. Students should write assignments clearly and completely, copied from the board.
