Take time to see special demonstrations of Ikebana, Tea Ceremony and Shodo; along with performances including the Shakuhachi, Japanese Song, Traditional and Modern Dance
Appreciate displays of Bonsai, Pottery, and Origami and other paper craft, along with Japanese language materials including essays by New Zealand students
Sample some of the food
Try your hand at shodo and origami and, try on a kimono
Enjoy the children’s activity corner, Japanese calligraphy, Shakuhachi performance and demonstrations of Martial Arts including Kendo, Judo and Aikido
