Note: Please remember that all assignments (including labs) are due at the beginning of class on the due date. Any work turned in after class has started will have a 5% deduction from your score (you may be asked to leave the room if we are discussing work that you have not completed). Any work turned in, or tests not taken without prior arrangements, more than one school-day late will receive a 0% score. Online tests, when announced in the class page, will be opened only for the time period specified.

Day 1:

*Read chapters:

25 "Special Refrigeration System Components".

27 "Commercial Ice Machines"

*Complete the Review Test Questions for chapters 25 and 27 in the lab manual by day 7.

*Complete these labs by day 8:

25-1 "Pumping Refrigerant into the Receiver".

27-1 "Ice Maker Data Familiarization".

27-3 "Cleaning and Sanitizing an Ice Machine".

Day 3:

*PPT, Discussion and Demonstrations on chapter 25 and lab.

*Work on chapter readings, questions and labs.

Day 4:

*PPT, Discussion and Demonstrations on chapter 27 and labs.

*Work on chapter readings, questions and labs.

Days 5 through 6:

*Demonstrations and Discussions on labs.

*Work on chapter readings, questions, and labs.

Day 7:

*Review Test Questions for chapters 25 and 27 are due.

*Review for tests on chapters 25 and 27.

Day 8:

*Tests on chapters 25 and 27.

*Labs 25-1, 27-1 and 27-3 are due>
