Chemistry I


WELCOME!!! I hope we have a great year!

Course Description: Chemistry I is designed for college-bound students and students seeking careers focused in a laboratory setting. In this class, students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills using basic science and mathematical strategies. As a result of these skills, students will meet objectives such as using formulas, facts, and principles of chemistry. Popular subjects such as the Periodic Table, atoms, molecules, compounds, states of matter, chemical and physical properties, and scientific measurement are a major part of this course.
