EXTRA CREDIT I - Practice for the California Standards Test (CST) in April.
FIRST SEMESTER:
PRACTICE Tests give you feedback. Learn from your mistakes.
CREDIT Tests give you only a score. If you get 80% or above you earn extra credit.
STRATEGY - Do practice tests first, then take the credit tests when you know the answers.
HOW DO I GET EXTRA CREDIT?
Every three CREDIT Tests you complete with 80% or better increases your grade one percentage point. Ex. if you do nine Credit Tests with 80%, then a grade of 79% goes to 82%, or a grade of 57% goes to 60%. You can take a test over again as many times as you want. The computer only remembers your best score. Do as many as you wish, the sky's the limit.
