The SHHS Drill Team performs in competitions both in and around the state. Our biggest drill meet is held at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. We compete in junior and senior unarmed squads, armed squads, platoons, color guards, and single squad exhibitions.
The Drill Team did very well at the Unicoi HS Drill Meet on Oct. 17th. We got 1st place Inspection, 1st place Armed Squad, 2nd place Dual Exhibition and 3rd place Advanced Color Guard.
OUR VETERANS DAY PROGRAM
The SHHS Veterns Day program is an annual event at Science Hill and the JROTC is proud to be the host. This event is open to the public and we encourage all veterans and their families to attend.
