Our kindergarten year is coming to an end. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all of your support, cooperation, and assistance throughout this school year. Most of all, thank you so much for sharing your child with us. We have had a fantastic year! Have a wonderful and safe summer vacation!
Important Reminders
*We will not have any computers in our classroom starting on the afternoon of May 15, 2009. Therefore, we will not have internet or email access. Please write a note and send it in your child's folder if you need to contact us.
*Our last day for kindergarten students is May 20, 2009. Please dress your child in "church" clothing for graduation. The kindergarteners will be dismissed immediately following the graduation reception. May 20, 2009 is not a full day for our kindergarteners.
*Lifetouch Photography will be here on May 20, 2009 to take a group picture of our kindergarten graduates. You will be receiving an order envelope in your child's folder this week. If you would like to order the picture, please fill out your order form and return it to the photographer on graduation day.
*We have sent home your child's emergency contact card for next year in his/her folder. Please fill it out completely and return it to school as soon as possible. The office would like all cards returned prior to May 20, 2009.
*You should have received your child's repord card insert in his/her folder. You will be receiving your child's final report card via the computer as a PDF file. Report cards are scheduled to be sent electronically this summer.
*You should have also received your child's scrapbook of kindergarten memories. Please take some time to sit down and look at the scrapbook with your child. The kids are very excited to share them with you!
*There will not be any homework during the week of May 18th.
