Logging out at any point before completing the test DOES automatically count as a test attempt. You MAY use your NOTES and FOLDABLES to answer these questions. THIS MAKE UP TEST will CEASE TO BE AVAILABLE as of 8:00AM on Friday, December 5th, 2008.
