Welcome to Individual Development where students have the opportunity to learn skills that will help them be more successful as they grow and develop into young adults.



Class Fee: $8.00

Class Requirements: A Positive Attitude, 3-Ring Binder, Paper, Pen or Pencil, Dividers--Very helpful but optional


October 6--10, 2008

Monday: Briefly reflect on scrapbook project and what each student learned.
Students will identify equipment used in the kitchen.


Tuesday: Review equipment. Practice using specific tools.


Wednesday: Students will identify reasons for using a recipe and abreviations used in a recipe.


Thursday: Test: Recipes


Friday: Equipment Scavenger Hunt
