Hello. My name is Katina Howard. I have been teaching 4th grade in the Troy School district for 10 years. I feel that 4th grade is a very important time to develop work and study skills that will enable students to succeed in all their school experiences.
This year we will be using our assignment (agenda) books to help us organize our daily activities and assignments. At the end of the day, the student should be able to check his/her assignment book and pack up whatever books or materials needed to complete remaining work at home.
Parents are encouraged to review assignment books with their child each evening, and sign at the bottom of the page. Working together we can assist your child to become more organized and responsible for their own success.
