Dear Parents,
This is it! The end of the school year is around the corner. This has been a productive and interesting year! I enjoyed the part I’ve been able to play in contributing new ideas and experiences. The children have been wonderful. They have made many friendships and learned many things.
I have appreciated your support in so many ways. Wonderful parent volunteers gave of their time and themselves to make the program work. Those of you who could not volunteer your time have been so supportive and generous in sending things in to help our program. Your behind-the-scenes support is crucial, too. A big thank you to Mrs. Borer who has been a fabulous room mom! I wouldn’t have done it without both of her help and support.
Here is our busy schedule for last three weeks of school.
• May 25, Wednesday- 12:55 P.M- Prayer Service- Kindergarten class is in charge. All parents are welcome to attend.
• May 27, Friday- School Mass- All children must be in school uniform
• June 6, Monday 9:30-2:30~ Field Trip to Happy Hollow
• June 7, Tuesday 1:00- The Kindergarten class will have a movie party for all the summer birthdays.
• June 8, Wednesday 9:45-10:45 – Kindergarten Graduation. School will provide cupcakes and water. All parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, etc. are welcome to attend.
• June 9, Thursday 12:00 – Last Day of School!
o 10:30- Moving-On Ceremony in church. After a short prayer in the church, the children will no longer be mine. They will walk back to first grade’s classroom with Mrs. Peters. She’ll get them all excited about first grade then take them out to our end of the year BBQ at 12:00. You are welcome to join us at the special ceremony and stay for the BBQ as well.
o 12:30- Please pick up your child over at the junior high side parking lot.
