Mr. Nielsen 5th grade Math/Science/Writing
Problem of the Day- Need to be in school. Can not display the gridlines on web page.
In the morning students do problems of the day. I noticed some students have not finished their problems so I posted it to my web page.
Math- p.441 1-16 Given time during class
Science- Plot Hurricane Tracking Map/ Erin is now a Tropical Storm.Look for new weather development.
5th grade picnic tonight- Bond Park 5:30-7:00pm
P.S. Bring in munchies and drinks- We have paper supplies. Tuesday September 11- 11:50-12:30
Writing- None
Homework- Mr. Nielsen believes that his homework should not take more than 30 minutes to finish. If a student has put forth 30 minutes of work. Parents can send in a note saying their child worked for 30 minutes. This policy was explained the first day of school.
