Ch 5 Numbers to 10
*understand the relationship between numbers and quantities
*compare two or more objects, up to ten in each group and decide which is more/less
*count, recognize, represent, name, and order a number of objects (up to 30)
*know that larger numbers describe sets with more objects in them than the smaller sets have
*solve problems in reasonable ways to justify their reasoning
REMINDERS...
HOMEWORK is assigned every Tuesday & Thursday. It is due back the following school day in the homework folder.
FAMILY ENVELOPES are distributed by the school office every Monday. It is due back the following day. Only the oldest child from each family receives an envelope.
LIBRARY BOOKS are checked out every Wednesday. They are due back the following week on WEDNESDAY.
