It's May already and I'm sure that many of you are beginning to get all stressed out over these "state tests" you will be taking. Just be sure to pace your studying---start now-- and you will be fine. On that note, I want to give you some advanced notice of important dates and information. As I learn more about finals, etc. I will post the information here, as well as tell you in class.

Wed., June 6 - 3pm Room 106
IMPORTANT TESTING DATES
Thurs., June 7 - First part of the social studies final
exam. THEMATIC ESSAY. You will be given
3 essays prior to the test to study for.
You will be required to write one during
your social studies class on June 7.
Fri., June 8 - 50-60 Multiple choice questions, again to
be completed during your social studies
class period.
Mon., June 11 - First day of finals!
Social Studies State Assessment
8:10-9:55am.
Tues., June 12 - Social Studies Assessment- 8:10-9:55
Your final exam grade will consist of
the thematic essay on 6/7, the MC on
6/8, and the DBQ from the state
assessment. The weighting of each
has not been determined yet.
