UNIT REQUIREMENTS
1. Written Report - due Monday, March 1st
1” top margin; 1” side margins
Title centered and all caps
Name should be under the title (by .....)
Triple Space after title
Double Space Body of report
Times New Roman: Size 12 Font
Use tab for paragraph indentation
Report should be a minimum of 2 pages in length
The written report will be evaluated using the following criteria:
Introduction
Content depth
Organization
Vocabulary
Writing conventions
Conclusion
Resources (5 minimum)
Effort & Task commitment
Time management
2. Oral Presentation - Scheduled the week of March 8th & 15th
This should be between 3 and 5 minutes long
Share important information that you learned about your topic
Don’t read to us - “teach” us what you learned – use note cards
3. Visual Aid - due Thursday, March 18th
A 3 dimensional model of the research topic
Must be able to fit on a school desk
Creativity is encouraged!
