Dear Parents,
I am very pleased to welcome Jane Smith to our classroom for the rest of the year. It has been a fantastic year and I look forward to seeing all of you soon!!! Thanks for all of your support!
This week we will be studying the letter “Uu,” reviewing all words and numbers learned this year and we will continue to practice addition.
Please practice your child’s sight words from the word rings and please have your child read to you nightly!!

Please remember these important items:
1. Homework comes home in the FROG on Monday and is due Friday. The reading log must also be filled out. However, the FROG must be returned daily.
2. Your child will go to the library every Friday to check out a book. If your child does not return his/her book, no book can be checked out that week. Please keep library books in the bag provided.
Volunteers are always welcome and needed in Kindergarten. Thanks so much to those volunteers we see in kindergarten. If you would like to help, but are unable to come in, just send a note and we will send something home that you can help with.
