If you watch the event for 30 mins and you get your parents to sign a paper saying that you watched it, you will get 1 logic. Keep in mind that the "event" has to be an something you can't just watch any other night. For example, you can't just stare at the moon for 30 mins.
One of the best places to find logic ideas is at the Arizona Science Center(Downtown Phoenix) website. They have lots of hands-on activities and interesting exhibits. You can get credit for the museum and each show you see and write a summary on each of them.
