Keep track of your community service hours.  Yellow forms are located in an envelope in my room.

States Test
The student will take the state test each Friday until it has been passed with 100% accuracy. Each week that the student is unable to pass the test, the grade will drop 2 points. (50 points total)


Nebraska State Government
This will a brief study of the Unicameral system of government. This will also include a field trip to the Unicameral and a visit to a state correctional facility. This will have a culminating exam at the end of the study.


Discrimination in American Government
An overview of the types of discrimination that has occurred in America. The class will discuss how the government has responded to minority groups and individuals throughout history and discuss current issues that the government must face.

Community Service
The student must take part in a minimum of ten hours in community service activities, which must be completed by the last day of class.
