Classroom Rules
Bring to class all necessary materials: laptop, paper, pencil and or pen (use black or blue ink only for written assignments and other work that is to be handed in), completed homework.
If you are going to be gone from class because of a sport or other school activity, it is your responsibility to let me know you are going to be gone, turn in due assignments prior to going, and take care of any assignments that you will be missing because of being gone. This includes tests and quizzes. No additional time is given to make up work unless prior arrangements have been made.
Show respect for your fellow classmates and the instructor (which includes substitutes). No inappropriate language or gestures will be allowed.
Walk into the room and be in your seat by the time the tardy bell rings.
Candy, food, or drinks (other than water) are not allowed in the classroom. Please keep your bottled water under your desk and away from your laptop. Gum is acceptable as long as it is chewed and disposed of properly.
You may only be in the computer program(s) you have been instructed to use.
No Messenger/Hotmail or games at any time. Gaggle.net can be used only when instructed. Keep your computer screens lightened. Do not darken your screen.
Come to class ready to listen, participate, and learn. Use your class time appropriately.
