Welcome to Summer Math Camp.
We will be working on a set of 24 objectives which have been identified by seventh grade teachers in the district, as being essential for seventh grade math. Each day we will practice basic math facts, focus on an objective, practice, check, and work on the computer.
We are lucky enough to be able to use a computer program called ALEKS. Each student has a log in and a program determined by their pretest. ALEKS will give the students practice on the skills they need and review what they have already learned.
We'll have a lot of fun and sharpen our math skills in just 15 short days.
