Thank you for always doing you best to be present in class each day! If for some reason you are absent, check with me before or after class to get any missed assignments, and turn in any assignment that was due on the day you were absent in your class's assigned tray. According to school policy, you have 2 days to make up the assignments missed. Please keep in mind that if an assignment was announced on a day when you were present, it will be due on the first day you return to school.
For example:
1. A homework assignment is assigned on Monday and is due on Tuesday, but you are absent on Tuesday. It must be turned in the first day you return, whether that day be Wednesday or later.
2. A homework assignment is assigned on Monday and is due on Wednesday, but you are absent on Tuesday. It will still be due on that Wednesday, if you return that day, or on the first day that you do return to school.
3. If you miss a test, you must get with the teacher within 2 days to schedule a make-up time for the test.
