The piano is 300 years old!
Three centuries of children taking piano lessons!
Should your child join this historic procession?

A short answer:

It is worth considering!

We now know the merits of learning a music instrument even for a short time:

Enhances memory skills
Increases self-confidence level
A key component of social and academic success
Develops concentration skills
Improves coordination skills

My teaching is in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto and incorporates three streams of learning:

Learning the Piano

Piano
With a pedagogy adapted to modern life, my piano courses take aim at having fun, success and enjoyment of music.

Music Rudiments
Music is the art of combining sound and time. Anne gently addresses the basis of music notation.  Furthermore, on her website, she prepared games and exercices in the purpose of promoting a love of music to children, adolescents and adults alike.

Rhythm and Ear Training
Music effort will be dedicated to the development of music sensitivity.  Aural skills will be developed: the student will clap the rhythm of a given melody by memory, play back a melody by ear, identify or sing intervals.

Lessons given on a professional piano.
Performance opportunities include a mini-recital, music festival, RCM piano examinations.

Bilingual instruction.

More than work, a passion!
