Fourth Grade: Recorder homework: practice hand position and playing note "B", "A", and "G" from the worksheet. Practice "Merrily" and "The Animal Fair" New note "C", practice first exercise and "Aura Lee". Remember, use a gentle TOO sound. Make sure to seal the holes tightly.
Fifth grade: Keyboard worksheet. Review the grouping of keys on the piano. Practice "Up an Down" and "Ode to Joy".
Third Grade: Accompany a song using the Orff instruments. The students will learn to sing "It's Raining", and add xylophones and other percussion instruments to the song.
Second Grade: Accompany a song using the Orff instruments. The students will learn to sing "Springtime", and add a variety of instruments to help accompany the song.
First Grade: The students will sing "Bingo", and understand rhythms in a song. The students will learn to sing "Rum Ba Da Dum Bum Bum" and add drums to the rhythm.
Kindergarten: The students will study about rythym and play to instruments to different rhythms in music.
